Data & account deletion
Open Profile → Settings → Delete account, review the notice, and confirm. The app will close your account and sign you out.
What deletion does
- Disables your account and removes access to Wayaki.
- Deletes personal data that Wayaki is not required to keep.
- Stops optional communications associated with the deleted account.
Information we may need to retain
Financial, identity-verification, fraud-prevention, dispute, and transaction records may need to be retained for the period required by applicable law or a valid legal hold. Access is restricted, the information is not used for marketing, and it is deleted or anonymized when the retention obligation ends.
Before deletion
Please resolve pending transactions, disputes, and any remaining balance. We may contact you if an unresolved obligation prevents immediate closure.
Alternative request
If you cannot access the app, email support@wayaki.com from your registered email address. We will verify that the request belongs to you before acting.
Other privacy choices
You may also request access to or correction of your personal information, or withdraw consent for optional communications, by contacting support.
